The Career Guidance and Placement Unit (CGPU) / Placement Cell was established in the institute from 1998 onwards. The CGPU is intended primarily to assist students in their career planning and provides information that helps the students to give a direction to their aspirations and interests. The CGPU interact with reputed organizations all over the country and abroad for arranging campus recruitment for all the eligible final year students. Students are provided support to plan their careers right from semester one onwards. Interactive sessions by the eminent persons from industries in respective fields and alumni are conducted regularly.
