SCT College of Engineering, Pappanamcode, Thiruvananthapuram, is one of the most reputed, premier engineering educational institution in Kerala and is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. It was established in 1995 under the Transport Department, Government of Kerala. The college has a dynamic alumni association that contributes towards the development and welfare activities of the college and the association has chapters all over the globe. In the past two decades, the SCTCE Alumni Association has played a critical role in the college's growth. The main objective of the association is to foster strong bonds among alumni, providing a platform for networking, collaboration, and mentorship opportunities. The Association has the powers to enroll members, form committees, sub-committees and call for periodical meetings and to form chapters inside India and abroad to achieve the objective of the Association. Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering Alumni Association (SCEAA) was formed in 2005 and is a body which is registered under the 12th section of Travancore – Cochin literary, scientific and charitable societies act of 1955.
