CSI student Chapter, Computer Society of India (CSI) is a professional society managed by experts. The student chapter of CSI consists of students and teachers of the department who have taken membership in CSI. Several events such as expert talks, workshops and seminars were organized by CSI student chapter for getting exposure to rapid technological developments in the areas of Computer Science, Image Processing, Communication, Machine Learning and Information Technology. The members can access e-journals through CSI web site and “CSI Communications” has been subscribed to the library.

All activities and programs are coordinated by a faculty in the same department which also consists of a student committee from all semesters.
