Wicrypto was an online cipher decoding competition conducted on behalf of the International Women’s Day celebration 2022.

Background
IEEE CS SCT SB conducted the crypto decoding competition - WICRYPTO on 8th and 9th of March 2022 virtually on the instagram page of IEEE SCT SB. A set of three ciphers were given to the participants per day.
Objectives
The main aim was to motivate participants to decode the ciphers and to spread knowledge about inspiring Women.
Methodologies
The ciphers were created through researching various decoding techniques.

The major takeaways of the participants from the competition were the knowledge gained and exploring various cipher decoding techniques.
Conclusion
The event got participation from 1st , 2nd and 3rd year students of Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering. The event also received positive feedbacks from all the participants.

The main aim was to teach the app development basics using futter.
